Highlander Bar & Restaurant offers a full suite of the Scottish experience from decoration to food and beverages. Traditionally Scottish, some of the must-have creations include the Scottish Delicacy Chix and Haggis, made from meats and oats, and Scottish Pan Seared Salmon prepared in-house by our discerning Chefs.
